FROM FIRST ENQUIRY TO PICKUP

Start with a call or a storage enquiry. Tell us what you would like to store, its approximate overall size and when you need the space. From boats and RVs to vehicles, trailers and other accepted items, the right details help us discuss a suitable fit.
Still deciding how long you need? That is fine. Let us know what you have in mind and we can discuss the options.

We will discuss availability, the rate, your storage duration and the rental agreement with you. Daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and longer arrangements can be considered for accepted items. Confirm your stay before arranging transport or bringing anything to the property.
You are responsible for insuring your stored property at your own expense. The owner does not insure your personal property.

Arrange your arrival with us in advance, then follow the details agreed for your item. Our private outdoor storage property is in MacTier, Ontario, just minutes from Highway 400. When it is time to collect, contact us to arrange pickup and follow the notice requirements in your rental agreement.
Please call before visiting. The premises have 24-hour video monitoring; access and collection times are arranged with us.

A LITTLE PREPARATION GOES A LONG WAY
A few things to get clear before you bring your boat, RV, vehicle or trailer to our outdoor storage property.
Share the approximate overall dimensions of your item. For a boat or other item on a trailer, include the full trailer in the total length. Mention anything that could affect delivery or manoeuvring so we can discuss it before arrival.
Confirm availability, your dates, the rate and the rental terms with us. Review the agreement and arrange insurance for your stored property at your own expense. If anything is unclear, ask before you arrange transport or drop-off.
Please contact us before visiting and agree on your drop-off time. Arrival, access and collection arrangements are discussed with you in advance. The property’s 24-hour video monitoring does not mean that drop-in access is available at any time.
Contact us to arrange pickup. The rental agreement requires written notice at least 10 days before you vacate, so plan ahead and discuss your departure with us. If your plans change, get in touch to review the arrangements.
