We offer outdoor storage for boats, boat trailers, RVs, motorhomes, cars, trucks, trailers, personal watercraft, shipping containers and other accepted items. Tell us what you need to store and its approximate size so we can discuss a suitable space. You can also explore our storage services before getting in touch.

Yes. We welcome enquiries about boats, boat trailers and personal watercraft, including Sea-Doos. For a boat on a trailer, tell us the overall dimensions of the boat and trailer together, along with your preferred dates.
Yes. We offer outdoor storage for RVs, motorhomes and travel trailers. Let us know the type and overall size of your vehicle or trailer so we can discuss availability and arrival arrangements.
We welcome enquiries about shipping containers, overstock and other outdoor storage needs. Acceptance depends on the item and the space available. Confirm dimensions, suitability and any delivery requirements with us before arranging transport.

Yes. Monthly, seasonal, longer-term and annual arrangements can be discussed for accepted items. Tell us how long you expect to need the space so we can work through the options with you.

A little preparation makes arrival and collection more straightforward.
We are in MacTier, Ontario, in the heart of Muskoka and just minutes from Highway 400. We welcome storage enquiries from the Muskoka and Georgian Bay area. Please call ahead to discuss your needs and arrange your arrival.
Call 705-805-5265. We will discuss what you want to store, its size, your dates and the available space. Your storage arrangements, rate and rental terms should be agreed before you bring your item to the property.
Have the item type, approximate overall dimensions and preferred storage dates ready. Include any trailer in the overall length, and mention delivery needs or other requirements so we can discuss them in advance.
Please arrange both arrival and collection with us in advance. We will discuss the practical details for your item and your stay before you visit. Call ahead rather than arriving without an arrangement.
Access and collection arrangements must be discussed with us in advance. Contact us to agree on a suitable time. Our 24-hour video monitoring describes the monitoring of the premises, rather than an open-access or drop-in schedule.

Clear expectations about monitoring, insurance and the terms of your stay.
The owners live on the same private property, and the premises have 24-hour video monitoring. You remain responsible for insuring your stored property in accordance with the rental agreement. Get to know our property and approach.
Yes. The rental agreement requires you to insure your stored property at your own expense. The owner does not insure your personal property. Please review the insurance requirements in the agreement before your stay.
Yes. A rental agreement sets out the arrangements and terms for your storage. Review it before your stay, including the rate, insurance requirements, cancellation notice, refund policy and fees. Please ask us if anything needs clarification.
The rental agreement requires written notice at least 10 days before you vacate. Contact us to discuss your planned departure and arrange collection.
The rental terms state that there are no refunds. Review the agreement and your planned storage dates before arranging your stay, and contact us with any questions about the terms.
A $30.00 late charge applies to accounts overdue for 30 days, and a $30.00 fee applies to a returned cheque. After a returned cheque, the rental agreement requires further payments by money order or teller’s cheque until another arrangement is made with the owner.
